Week 3 Goals

Weekly Goals 


This week my goals are very similar to last week. Hopefully i can get there


  • Drink at least 2L of Water a day
  • Only 1 non-water drink a day
  • Keep A Food Diary
  • Go to Gym at least 3 times
  • 70,000 Steps
  • Calorie Difference of -7,000
  • Loss of 1kg or more
