Weekly Goals
This week my goals are very similar to last week. Hopefully i can get there
- Drink at least 2L of Water a day
- Only 1 non-water drink a day
- Keep A Food Diary
- Go to Gym at least 3 times
- 70,000 Steps
- Calorie Difference of -7,000
- Loss of 1kg or more
